Please read the following before joining the waitlist.

We absolutely love offering our Postage Try-On Service to make it easier for you to try on our pieces from anywhere. However, due to the one-of-a-kind nature of many of our dresses, availability for postage try-ons can be limited. As a result, our waitlist system is not a guarantee that the dress will be available for you to try on.

While we always strive to accommodate requests, please keep in mind that a dress may be unavailable to try, due to it being rented out by another customer. If you're looking to secure a dress for an upcoming event, we recommend booking through our website directly to guarantee the piece you'd like to wear.

How it Works:

1. Join the Waitlist
   Add yourself to the waitlist for your desired dress, including your event date. We'll check straight away that the dress is free for your event. If it's already booked, we'll let you know and remove you from the waitlist, so you're not trying on a dress you can't hire. If it becomes available for a try-on, we'll email you a payment link for the $35 try-on fee.

2. 24 Hours to Confirm
   Once you receive the payment link, you’ll have 24 hours to complete your payment. If it’s not completed in time, your spot is released and you'll be removed from the waitlist.

3. We Ship to You
   Once payment is confirmed, we'll ship the dress to you so you can try it on in the comfort of your own home!

4. We Don't Hold Dresses During Try-Ons
   Your try-on fee covers trying the dress at home. It doesn't reserve the dress for your event. If you love it, book your hire as soon as possible using code TRYON35 to get your $35 back.
   
   In the rare case that your dress is booked for your event date while it's with you, we'll offer you a complimentary try-on of another dress. Please note the original $35 try-on fee is non-refundable. We'll do everything we can to help you find the perfect piece.

5. Event Too Soon?
   Try-ons need to finish at least a week before your event. If your event is too close, we'll let you know, and if the dress is free for your date you can book it directly.
