No, booking a try-on doesn't reserve any dresses. Dates are only reserved once you've booked your hire through our website, so we recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring a few friends along with you, and they can try pieces on as well. There's no need for them to make a separate booking as long as they’re accompanying you to your session. We ask that you all arrive at the same time together!

No, the appointment is private! You'll have the studio to yourself.

Try-on sessions open 3 weeks (21 days) in advance, and new days are released daily. If you can't see your preferred date yet, check back once it's within 3 weeks.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to try on as many dresses as you like within your session time.

If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may have to cancel your session due to the next appointment. Please let us know if you're running behind, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you if possible!

Your try-on session lasts 25 minutes, giving you plenty of time to browse our collection.

Yes! For browse appointments, you can simply reschedule or cancel via your confirmation email. For specific dress try-ons, you can cancel via your confirmation email and then book a new time.
