When should I return my hire?
Your hire must be returned on or before the end date confirmed in your booking.
- Weekend returns (Saturday & Sunday): 12pm-4pm
- Weekday returns (Monday-Friday): 4pm-6pm

Please note: The street-level entrance may be locked outside of these hours, so it’s important to return your hire within the dedicated return window. Returning late can impact the next customer’s booking, so please ensure your hire is returned on time.
How to Return Your Hire — Step by Step
1. Enter the studio
Enter through the street-level door & walk up the staircase to our studio landing where our returns box is located.
If your dress came in a garment bag (long/maxi dresses):
Please fold your dress and place it back inside the garment bag before putting it in the return box. You're welcome to keep or dispose of the hanger — it doesn't need to be returned. Please note, a $5 fee will be deducted from your bond if the garment bag isn't returned with your dress.
If your dress came in a gift bag:
Please return your dress in a fabric or plastic bag. Our large cardboard pickup bags don't fit inside the return box. If you don't have a bag, simply return the dress without packaging.
