When should I return my hire?

Your hire must be returned on or before the end date confirmed in your booking. For most bookings, your return date will fall on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Please return your hire between 12pm–4pm on your scheduled return date. Returning late can impact the next customer’s booking, so please ensure it is returned on time.

If your event falls on a Sunday–Wednesday, please contact us to arrange your return, as weekday access may vary earlier in the week.

Return Windows

We have three dedicated return windows each week:

Saturday, Sunday & Monday
12pm – 4pm
Level 1, 30 Cotham Road, Kew 3101

Please note: The street-level entrance may be locked outside of these hours, so it’s important to return your hire within the dedicated return window.

How to Return Your Hire — Step by Step

1.     Enter the studio
Enter through the street-level door.

2.    Head upstairs
Walk up the staircase to our studio landing.

3.    Use the return box
Lift the lid of the black return box at the top landing.
Place your hire inside and ensure it drops fully to the bottom and isn’t caught at the top.

Bag reminder:
Please return your dress in a fabric or plastic bag.
Our large cardboard pickup bags don’t fit inside the return box.
If you don’t have a bag, simply return the dress without packaging.
