1. Dress Shipment

After receiving your payment, we’ll ship the dress to the address you provided within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link once the dress is on its way to you.

2. Receiving Your Dress

Once your dress arrives, you’ll have 24 hours to try it on. Please note, the try-on period cannot be extended, so make sure to try it on within this timeframe.

3. Returning the Dress

After you’ve tried on the dress, please repack it using the prepaid return satchel included in your package. You’ll need to return it within 24 hours of delivery. Please ensure the dress is handed over at the post office counter—don’t leave it in a street box. This helps ensure we receive it safely and on time!

4. Book the Dress!

• Didn’t Quite Suit? No worries at all! There are no extra fees, and you don’t need to do anything else except return the dress.
